Jo Milton
Having worked for 10 years in food safety and quality standards for imports into Australia, Jo Milton brings a wealth of experience, global perspective, and a keen eye for detail to her role as Village Manager. Her career once took her across the world to countries such as China, Europe and Thailand. To spend more time with family, Jo sought a role which enabled her to stay closer to home. Rylands of Kew presented the perfect opportunity where she could continue to make a meaningful impact.
With her meticulous approach and talent for building relationships, Jo embraced the opportunity to step into the leadership role of Village Manager. Now, she thrives on fostering a welcoming, supportive atmosphere where Owners and their guests feel at home, engaged and fulfilled.
Julie Cotchin
Julie is a familiar and beloved presence among staff, residents and prospective members alike. Her hard work and dedication ensure that every new member of the Rylands community feels welcomed and valued.
With a deep understanding of the needs and desires of those transitioning into retirement living, Julie is instrumental in making Rylands a truly special place to call home.
