Results driven with proven experience in administering multi-million dollar budgets, Ross has a proven ability in sales generation and yield management. A respected leader capable of building highly motivated teams, Ross oversees the operations of Arcadia Group’s La Dimora and Rylands communities in Victoria.

Julie is a familiar and beloved presence among staff, residents and prospective members alike. Her hard work and dedication ensure that every new member of the Rylands community feels welcomed and valued.

With a deep understanding of the needs and desires of those transitioning into retirement living, Julie is instrumental in making Rylands a truly special place to call home.

With a background in the events industry and a Bachelor of Event Management from William Angliss Institute, Lilli brings creativity, energy and a genuine passion to her role as Events and Activities Coordinator. Having previously worked in aged care, she quickly discovered how much she values the face-to-face connections that come from working closely with residents.

Creating meaningful opportunities for people to gather, share experiences and enjoy meaningful moments is what inspires her most. She loves designing themed events, social gatherings and engaging activities that help residents feel connected and part of the Rylands community. Through every event she hosts, her aim is to ensure residents feel celebrated, engaged and that life here continues to feel full and exciting.

For her, the most rewarding part of the role is the warmth and support from both staff and residents. The residents are truly what make the Rylands community so special as they each have incredible stories, wisdom and so much to give.
