Ian’s professional journey spans from his service in the Royal Army Medical Corps within the British Army to roles such as Chief Cardiac Sonographer and Deputy Court Services Manager. His extensive experience across these diverse fields have empowered him to amass a wealth of knowledge and expertise in interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

In a bid to further expand his skill set and capabilities, Ian assumed the role of Village Manager at Southern Cross Care before transitioning to Arcadia Waters Maddington.

Ian prides himself on his ability to engage with others.  He has an open and collaborative communication style and is an active listener, enabling him to conduct robust conversations that deliver outcomes.  Ian’s spare time is spent lawn bowling, kayaking, reading, and spending time with his two greyhounds.

With an impressive tenure of 9 years at Arcadia Waters Maddington, Nancy has become an integral part of our community. Her journey into the retirement living sector followed an extensive 30-year career in the banking finance settlement industry, where she honed her skills in customer service and problem-solving.

Nancy is passionate about helping our new residents find their place in our vibrant community. She finds joy in watching and supporting newcomers to gradually settle in and become active, happy members of our village. Her dedication and genuine care for the well-being of our residents make her an invaluable asset to our team and a beloved member of our community.
