Catherine Tan is a fundamental leader at Arcadia Group and has been involved since the business was founded in 1999.

Catherine has extensive experience managing businesses with a strong focus on the medical and supporting industries. Starting her career as a physiotherapist, Catherine has led many businesses to great success including her own medical practices across Perth.

With a passion for overall client well-being, Catherine is a strong and passionate member of our Leadership Team.

Bev Scully joined Arcadia Group in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Bev has overseen the company’s growth including the acquisition of several villages and the development of our existing portfolio.

Bev is on the Property Council as a Representative for Retirement Living and has been instrumental in advising on various policy and legislation changes that impact retirement living.

Deb is the welcoming face that is ready to greet and support all residents and visitors at Lattitude Lakelands.

Along side Kaye, Deb is passionate about her role and bringing the vibrant community together. Her kind and warm nature creates a sense of belonging within the Lakelands community.
