Every October, the Arcadia Waters Maddington community celebrates the village’s birthday with an Open Day. The 2025 Open Day was a wonderful day where residents, families, staff and visitors braved the rain to gather and enjoy browsing through stalls, participate in fun activities and sample delicious food.
Guests enjoyed games such as raffles and the chocolate wheel while browsing through a variety of market stalls featuring Christmas decorations, books, plants, crafts, and homemade goodies. Our very own in-house Waterways café served delicious Devonshire morning tea with freshly brewed coffee and tea, while the BBQ lunch was a crowd favourite!
The trishaw rides were a popular way to explore the beautiful grounds and visit the open homes. The live radio broadcast and interviews by 6iX added an extra touch of excitement to the day.
A special highlight of our Open Day was celebrating residents who have called our village home for 10 and 20 years which is a wonderful testament to the warmth and sense of belonging our Arcadia Waters Maddington community offers.
