It was a landmark weekend for the Melbourne retirement community, and La Dimora Retirement Resort was right in the heart of the action.
The very first Ageing Well Expo was held last week at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and brought together lifestyle innovators and over-55s for a weekend of discovery, and we were thrilled to showcase our unique community.
Our team went above and beyond to create a space that truly reflected the premium lifestyle we offer. The feedback was overwhelming, not only from visitors who loved the “look and feel” of our display but even from fellow exhibitors who stopped by to snap a photo of what many called the “best setup of the event!”
The true highlight of the weekend was our stage presentation. Instead of just talking about floorplans, we let our residents take the mic. Their authentic stories and insights into life at La Dimora resonated deeply with the crowd, proving that retirement is about much more than just a new home. It is about a vibrant, connected lifestyle.
It was wonderful to chat face-to-face with so many people. From active over-55s looking to downsize to the adult children researching the best possible options for their parents, the weekend was full of meaningful conversations.
