Arcadia Group is pleased to endorse the recently finalised Retirement Village Regulations in Victoria, which officially come into effect on 1 May 2026.
Under this new legislation, all Victorian retirement villages are required to provide Information Statements and Dispute Resolution documentation. This move ensures that prospective residents can accurately compare different communities using consistent, transparent information.

Financial Structure: An upfront breakdown of all costs, covering entry, ongoing residency, and exit fees.
By streamlining this information, the new regulations empower seniors to make informed, “like-for-like” comparisons and choose the lifestyle that best suits their needs.
