With over 16 years of experience in retirement village, resort, and lifestyle management, Shirley brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to La Dimora Retirement Resort. Joining the Arcadia Group in 2023, Shirley has significantly contributed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Shirley’s career extends beyond retirement village management. She has a strong background in the hospitality sector, including event and wedding planning, as well as serving as an instructor and trainer in hospitality and culinary arts. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to successfully own and operate her own business, grounded in her expertise as a qualified Patisserie Chef.

Known for her methodical approach, unwavering passion, and commitment to excellence, Shirley is a great motivator and caretaker at La Dimora. Her leadership and dedication ensure that our community thrives and that every resident feels valued and cared for.

Darren has over 25 years of experience in construction, project management, and property development, including 10 years as National Project Manager at Lendlease before joining Arcadia Group in 2020.

Known for his methodical, passionate, and positive leadership, Darren motivates project teams to deliver strong collaborative results. His expertise spans project and program planning, operations, cost management, design, procurement, delivery, contract management, and issue resolution.

Darren is an integral member of the project development team in Victoria. As Project Director, he oversees the planning, development, and construction of the La Dimora Retirement Resort in Hidden Valley.

Sarah is a dedicated sales professional with a passion for helping those find the perfect home. With a deep understanding of the unique needs and desires of over 55’s, Sarah is committed to providing compassionate, personalised service that ensures each client feels valued and supported throughout their decision-making process. Always putting the well-being and happiness of the client first, Sarah takes the time to listen carefully, answer questions, and guide families through every step of finding a safe, comfortable, and fulfilling living environment.
