Arcadia Group was born from a sincere desire to create a beautiful community where retirees could feel genuinely cared for and cherished. This heartfelt philosophy continues to shape every decision and action made at every Arcadia Group village, and this makes all the difference.
I first thought of the idea of developing a new kind of retirement village back in 1999 when I was searching for quality retirement options for my own parents.
Sadly, I found that the majority of retirement villages we looked at appeared to lack a sense of community or offer any real stimulation for their residents.
That’s when I decided to build our first Arcadia Group village at Arcadia Waters Maddington. Since then we are proud to continue to grow and offer the very best retirement communities for our residents.
