Do I own my own home?
All villas at La Dimora Retirement Resort are occupied on a ‘Lease for Life’ basis. All details of these arrangements can be found in your chosen contract.

What are monthly operating costs?
During your stay you will pay a monthly operating cost, which helps cover the running costs of the Village and amenities and keep the Village maintained to an extremely high standard.
The monthly operating costs are annually estimated and provisionally fixed by Arcadia Group. hey are determined ater the end of each fiscal year.
Hidden Valley Membership is an additional cost, however as a resident of La Dimora Retirement Resort, you receive an exclusive discount. Your resort membership provides five-day golf access Monday to Friday, use of the indoor heated pool, gymnasium, pickleball and tennis courts, and bowling green.

What is a refurbishment cost?
Dependent upon the contract type you selected when you entered the village, when you terminate your Lease for Life with La Dimora Retirement Resort, you will pay the refurbishment costs to bring your home back to near its original state. This helps raise the potential sales price of your home and makes it more attractive to potential buyers. This will be an agreed upon amount by you and La Dimora Management.

Arcadia Group is a family-run business, located in Subiaco, Western Australia and has steadily expanded and established itself as a leading retirement living operator and developer. The Group has a porfolio of ten retirement communities in Western Australia and Victoria.
