Darren Lee
Darren has over 25 years of experience in construction, project management, and property development, including 10 years as National Project Manager at Lendlease before joining Arcadia Group in 2020.
Known for his methodical, passionate, and positive leadership, Darren motivates project teams to deliver strong collaborative results. His expertise spans project and program planning, operations, cost management, design, procurement, delivery, contract management, and issue resolution.
Darren is an integral member of the project development team in Victoria. As Project Director, he oversees the planning, development, and construction of the La Dimora Retirement Resort in Hidden Valley.
Sarah Culakovski
Sarah is a dedicated sales professional with a passion for helping those find the perfect home. With a deep understanding of the unique needs and desires of over 55’s, Sarah is committed to providing compassionate, personalised service that ensures each client feels valued and supported throughout their decision-making process. Always putting the well-being and happiness of the client first, Sarah takes the time to listen carefully, answer questions, and guide families through every step of finding a safe, comfortable, and fulfilling living environment.
