Situated high on a hill overlooking the Indian Ocean, Arcadia Waters Geraldton is located within the popular Seacrest Estate. The village is extremely well located, only a few minutes’ drive from the city and just across the road from the proposed new shopping centre and medical rooms.

Geraldton's mid-west location and Mediterranean climate lends itself to a myriad of activities and attractions, whether it be water sports, wildflower or cultural experiences.

Resort Facilities & Services

Modelled on the award winning Arcadia Waters Village in Maddington, the $3.5m world-class resort clubhouse is without peer in the region and is the social centre of village life. Here residents can relax in the formal lounge or enjoy a chat over a coffee in the café or on the alfresco deck overlooking the ornamental lake. We are now providing free wifi in our clubhouse.

Other facilities include a library and internet cafe, home theatre and a fitness centre with its own heated spa and indoor swimming pool, as well as an outdoor lap pool and gym. The village also boasts a brand new bowling green for all residents to use. 

There are medical consulting rooms, a hairdresser, beautician, a craft and hobbies room, a pool and snooker room and a well-equipped workshop.
