It is advisable to first let us know your plans.

Ideally you will give us written notice of your intention to sell, stating your proposed price and nominating the selling agent you want to appoint to market your retirement home.

Following the sale of your Arcadia Waters home you are paid, at settlement, the purchase price paid by the new resident less the accumulated amounts due for payment under the terms of your Lease for Life Contract.

This is structured to ensure that you or your estate receives the benefit of any growth in the market value of your Arcadia Waters home while it was yours.
